Processing of personal data

Scope

The HIAOOS project, within the scope of its activity, needs to collect some personal data from users of its website, social networks, applications, digital products and services (hereinafter jointly referred to as “platforms”), it also requires, in some cases, the collection of information user’s personal data  In order to enjoy services provided by the HIAOOS project, or the collection of data from your device (through files called cookies), to improve the performance of said platforms.

In this sense, this privacy policy aims to help users of HIAOOS project platforms understand what personal data we  collect, how and why we use it, to whom we disclose it and how we protect your privacy when providing our products and services.

The HIAOOS project is  committed to protecting the security and privacy of users of its platforms. In this context, it prepared this privacy policy, to affirm its commitment and respect for the rules of privacy and protection of personal data.

The HIAOOS project collects and processes only the personal data that is necessary to carry out its activity. In particular, the data collected in the following processes:

Some personal data must be provided so, in case of lack or insufficiency of such data, HIAOOS will not be able to provide the service in question. In these cases, the user will be duly informed of the obligation to provide this data.

The personal data collected are stored in specific databases created for this purpose. The period during which your personal data collected is stored and kept corresponds to the maintenance of your relationship with us, unless by legal requirements we are obliged to keep the data for a longer period.

The HIAOOS project seeks to respect the best practices in terms of security and protection of personal data, promoting actions and improving its systems, to ensure the protection of the data made available to us by our users. HIAOOS is therefore committed to ensuring the confidentiality, protection, and security of its users’ personal data, through the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against any form of improper or illegitimate treatment and against any accidental or destruction of this data.

For this purpose, we have systems to guarantee the security of the personal data processed, creating and updating procedures that prevent unauthorized access, accidental loss and/or destruction of personal data, committing to respect the legislation on the protection of personal data. of customers, and to treat this data only for the purposes for which it was collected, as well as to ensure that this data is treated with adequate levels of security and confidentiality.

Right to data portability – The data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him and which he has provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Right of opposition – The data subject has the right to oppose, at any time, for reasons related to his/her situation, the processing of personal data concerning him/her.

Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions – The data subject has the right not to be subject to any decision taken exclusively based on the automated processing of his personal data, including the definition of profiles, which produces effects in his legal sphere or that significantly affects you in a similar way.

Right to withdraw consent – The holder has the right to withdraw his consent for the processing of his personal data at any time, which does not, however, invalidate the treatment carried out until that date based on the consent previously given.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the CNPD or another competent supervisory authority under the law, if he considers that his data is not being subject to legitimate treatment. by HIAOOS, in accordance with applicable law and this policy.
